Scourge the Hedgehog, aka 'Evil Sonic' from Archie's comic series.
I guess he's supposed to be some controversial character? I dunno... I like him, and I like that they finally found someone with the balls to instigate worthwhile changes to their ho-hum universe.

"Evil Sonic", also known as "Anti-Sonic" originated from the parallel opposite Anti-Mobius, as leader of the Anti-Freedom Fighters.
After several adventures as a baddie and nemesis to the Sonic we know, he and Rouge infiltrated the Chaos Chamber to get to the Master Emerald, and were confronted by the elder Guardian (and Knuckles' father), Locke. During the battle, Locke turned his attention toward Rouge, whom he deemed to be the greater threat-- and was sorely mistaken. It appears Evil Sonic somehow absorbed the field of energy from the Master Emerald, turning his fur and quills a chaotic neon green, and changing him into 'Scourge' the Hedgehog...


Pretty much just a sketch I started on this morning, and worked on at work.
Photoshop 7, Wacom Intuos3.

You are correct! Scourge used the Master Emerald to change. If you noticed, Sonic has green eyes with blue fur, while Scourge has blue eyes with green fur. They are "Exactly Opposite"!
