Well, technically this is more for me than for you-- Some design research into the full-bodied form of Iscer's Hell Form ( [link] ).

I'm not sure yet, but perhaps the articulated legs are a bit much- I guess I'll decide when the time comes.

Iscer is © to Me, and his cousins Frieza and Coola are © Akira Toriyama.

Nice work as always, Negathus. He looked like Cooler at first, at least until I saw the legs; I think the term is digitigrade, but I could be wrong... Anyway, despite the fact that I know so little about the Dragon Ball universe compared to you, I think you've pulled off a believable transformed appearance with Iscer.

you've got a real cool character ther Negathus, this form looks raptor-like which i dig, anyway, good luck on his development.

*update* i'm working ont the last page of my part of the battle, N's back to silver haired transformation, but he's managing to turn things back on track leaving the last page on a high note

I think you should keep the legs, they add a nice touch, however it might make certain kick poses difficult to work out. But it's a nice character touch, you should experiment on different poses on how the legs will make drawing him a bit more difficult

Yeah, I guess the different kicks would be a little hard to manuever-- Maybe I'll stick him to just tail and arm attacks, as far as melee goes.

I think the legs look great - a neat switch from the norm in the realm of DBZ. You could make it work... however, you'd need to put some reasl thought into how he'd be able to fight with them, as normal kicks and combinations wouldn't work with that joint set-up. Thoguh this could be an oppertunity to come up with something really unique, if it works for you. Good luck!
