Iscer Hell Form - Final RGB

Reworked final 'Hell' Form for my original DBZ-type character, "Iscer".

I decided against the previous angled raptor legs, so he now has traditional legs (they're much easier to work with).
But hey, let me know your thoughts on it.

I'm working on a story between him and my other character, "N", which will be told eventually one way or another. I've just had the two stuck in my mind recently.
